U.S. Shipping Destination and Rates
Alpaca Franco ships to all 50 United States and the U.S. territories. U.S. territories include American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Alaska and Hawaii

• Only standard delivery is available.
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
• All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

• Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 – 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 – 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Express delivery

• Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
• Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
• Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Next day delivery

• Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11am PST will usually arrive the following business day, by end of day. Orders placed on weekends will ship out on the following business day, excluding holidays.
• Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes.
• Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Inte​rnational shipping is determined by a number of factors including, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination location. For Global-e shipping destinations, international shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Global-e international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. For other international shipping destinations, international shipping is calculated by Alpaca Franco.

We ship worldwide by the international shipping agency DHL.

If it is considered a remote or remote area (uncommon), $15 will be added to the cost of shipping, which will be coordinated with the customer.

Shipments may be delayed when the customs office of the country of destination requests some documentation before proceeding with their customs release. This is why the customer must be attentive to all information that he receives by mail in order to speed up this process.

International taxes, duties and customs fees
​​How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country and pay for the customer.

Will there be any additional costs due when my order is delivered?

Yes, you’re responsible for pay duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

For Customers US States:

• Buyer can return or exchange this item.
• Buyer must return item within 10 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition

• We don’t offer return or exchange.
